Operational intelligence is the work of turning scattered operational signals into a clearer view of what deserves attention.
What it should show
- What changed.
- Why it matters.
- Which source supports the signal.
- What evidence is visible.
- How confident the system should be.
- What next step should be reviewed by a human.
It should not pretend uncertainty does not exist. Unknown, fallback and insufficient-data states need to be visible.
